60 min foot massage

Lian was helpful and patient. The therapist did a great job and I would come back again. I did the 60 min foot massage and felt relaxed after.

Amazing after flight massage and bath

For pressure select one level less than what you’re used to in the US as I selected medium pressure but it felt like deep tissue. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Overall good experience

I did manicure, gel nails and overall the experience was nice. The lady Ivy who worked at the reception was really friendly and explained everything. the nails looked really nice and the colour was beautiful but it wasn’t that accurate done. But for the price you pay compared to europe, it is good.

Good foot massage

The massage was really good! we had a foot massage and it was very comfortable. Depending on how you like it, there are 4 options of intensity of the massage. At the end they also gave us a short arm massage:) this arm massage was a little too hard for me

Serene Spa indeed.

The service even before we arrived in Vietnam was amazing - they called to check if my family and friends' bookings (8 in total) were made together so that they could better accomodate us (same massage room etc.). They also let us store our luggage there for a day as we were not checking into a hotel. Service at the Spa itself was amazing as staff (like Ms Ann) were so friendly and hospitable.

Amazing! The best massage in Vietnam!

Phenomenal massage. They went above and beyond to be both, professional, and provide and exceptional service. I have many severe physical issues, including my lower back, hip and shoulder, and my therapist did a fantastic job during with deep muscle massage. Afterwards, I felt brand new! Sarah at the front desk couldn't have been more lovely. They get you to choose your oil and scent, and listen to your preferences and needs. 10/10!

A wonderful place to soothe aching muscles

We had the 60 minutes foot reflexology which started with a warm foot soak. Given a choice of 4 oils (calming, relaxing, rejuvenating, ?) for the foot massage. The experience is quite relaxing and soothing, although will need to highlight on the particular area to focus on (aching calves) to knead away the aching muscles. They included a brief upper body massage to end the experience.

Lovely Hanoi spa

This was an excellent spa, I feel very relaxed and the spa lives up to its name Serene. Everyone here was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Ivy gave us great advice on the treatments and made us feel right at home The massage therapist had a great technique with just the right balance between hard and loose touch. The facilities were clean and neat and the interior design beautiful and calming. I loved the experience!

We loved the spa experience centrally located! Cindy was very accomodative and our two therapists were incredibly skilled, definetely the best quality massage we had so far. Our room was a little cold as it was january, but it was adjusted later.

Great massage therapy

The atmosphere is really nice and staff very polite. I had a back neck and shoulders 45 min massage and it was really good. The therapist was asking for feedback to make sure I was having a great time and you can also choose the oil that you prefer. Would totally recommend

Highly recommended Hanoi spa

Easy to find location. They'll call you if you're late to check if you're coming by the indicated time. There is a receptionist that can speak English, although the masseuse cannot, can ask the receptionist to translate. At the start, they ask you to fill out a sheet and you can pick from four types of oil they use to massage you and the focus areas, strength, etc. Start off with a soak and salt scrub on the top of the feet (have to let them know if you want your soles exfoliated). About 50+ mins foot massage, with a 10 minute mud mask. Massage was okay (massage I had in Sapa was better).

I did 3 different treatment in a day. One at brach 2, 2 at branch 3. They provided good services. Both stores gave a relaxing vibe. ???? If you're exhausted and tired, it's a good place to take a break

Very relaxing massage- very professional.

I had a full body deep tissue massage this morning. The team were very accommodating. I booked late the night before and they were able to cater for a next day 10am appointment. I had some delicious tea and coconut crackers on arrival. Then went for the massage which was really relaxing. Then more tea after the massage! Would highly recommend.

Great couples massage

Great for couples massage in a very peaceful environment. They ask your preference for light, medium, strong, or very strong via a form at the very beginning, so it won’t be too much (and you can ask for lighter or stronger at any point).
